The admissions process for Small Wonders is relatively simple. Download the application by clicking on the icon below, fill out the required documents and bring them to the center along with the registration fee.

 

At that time we will provide you a copy of our Parent Handbook and answer any questions you may have. We ask that you sign the acknowledgement of understanding on the last page of the handbook and return it at your earliest opportunity.
